Dedicated Service

From pontoons and bay boats to fishing skiffs, catamarans, and yachts up to 70’, Anchor & Trade’s Fleet Partner Program (FPP) helps owners generate income while maintaining control over their vessel. We handle the operations, guest experience, and compliance so your boat works for you.

Apply to Join the Fleet

The Fleet Partner Program is not open enrollment. Every vessel is evaluated before being accepted into the fleet. Selection depends on:

  • Condition & Maintenance History — Is the boat well-kept and reliable?
  • Type & Fit — Does it fill a gap in our current mix (pleasure vs. fishing, pontoons vs. center consoles vs. yachts)?
  • Consumer Demand & Seasonality — Is there proven or growing demand for this type of vessel in the region?
  • Location Strategy — Does placement support our hub-and-spoke model?

It’s not just about having a boat — it’s about having the right boat, in the right market, at the right time.

How It Works

When your boat is selected, Anchor & Trade provides a complete management package:

  • Slip & Marina Management — Coordination of slips, marina relationships, and logistics.
  • Compliance & Insurance — Required operating permissions, charter insurance, and endorsements secured.
  • Operational Oversight — Licensed, vetted, and insured captains deliver every charter safely and professionally.
  • Guest Experience Management — We handle food, beverage, and catering requests, ensuring every outing is five-star.
  • Marketing & Promotion — Professional listings and active promotion across our booking platforms and extended social channels.
  • Storm & Risk Readiness — Active hurricane plans, including haul-outs or relocations when vessels are in-water.

Revenue distribution is percentage-based, customized to your vessel type, slip situation and in-service window.

Benefits for Owners

Partnering with Anchor & Trade doesn’t just save you time — it transforms your vessel into a financial tool:

  • Generate Income — Create a recurring revenue stream from an underutilized asset.
  • Offset Costs — Apply income toward slip fees, insurance, and routine maintenance.
  • Fight Depreciation — Revenue potential can help balance the natural depreciation curve of boat ownership.
  • Fund Upgrades — Use earnings to retrofit or add technology upgrades that improve performance and value.
  • Tax Advantages — Depending on your circumstances, charter income may open the door to legitimate tax savings.
  • Flexibility of Use — Choose your in-service window: full utilization for maximum return, or partial availability (e.g., 75%) so you can still enjoy your boat.

Regional Reach

Tampa Bay is our primary hub, but we strategically expand vessel placement across:

  • Clearwater
  • St. Pete Beach
  • Apollo Beach
  • Sarasota
  • Bradenton
  • Greater Fort Myers

This hub-and-spoke approach ensures your vessel is positioned where demand is strongest.

Implementation Roadmap

  1. Application & Evaluation — Review of vessel, condition, fit, and demand.
  2. Partnership Agreement — Define terms, usage windows, and revenue distribution.
  3. Vessel Preparation — Safety compliance, inspections, and charter readiness.
  4. Slip Coordination — Secure marina arrangements or integrate with your existing slip.
  5. Launch Marketing — Activate booking systems, publish listings, and begin promotion.
  6. Operate & Scale — Charters begin, reviews build, and fleet expands by type and region.
